The group of sparsely decorate crystal bottles to which this example belongs has been referred to by Hugh Moss as being attributed to the Rustic Crystal Master. It is an apt name for the natural scene which is executed in a "painterly" manner, and as with so many of this group has a subject matter that evokes tranquility and a sense of calm when held in the hand.
