Nephrite, well hollowed, of rectangular form, resting on a neatly carved footrim, of a mottled cloudy gray and white tone resembling clouds in misty mountains.

There are a number of bottles in this material that are carved, but with their surfaces left plain so that the stones themselves are the main focuses. Often these bottles are seen as an abstract depiction of clouds or mist in mountains. In this combination the mountains are seen as permanent and unyielding, with the drifting clouds as ephemeral.
