Stoneware (Yixing), of flattened, circular shape, with an indented circular panel on each main side, with a cylindrical neck and a neatly carved oval footrim, enameled within the two panels using famille-rose enamels, one side with blooming flowers issuing from rockwork; the reverse with a crane with outstretched wings perched on a rock underneath a gnarly pine tree.
Attributed to Yixing.
